Updates contact notifications

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT	/api/contact/{ContactId}/updatenotifications

**UpdateContactNotifications** Parameters:

ContactId	path	Guid	Yes	Id of contact to get notification for
LicenseeId	body	Guid	Yes	Id of licensee to get notification for
SuiteId	body	Guid	Yes	Id of suite to get notification for
Notifications	body	List<NotificationItem>	Yes	List of notification to update

**NotificationItem** Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
